***PLEASE NOTE: Only complete this short 5 minute questionnaire if you received an email directly from grant lead investigator, Dr. Trina Fletcher.  Per the IRB approved by FIU, only SEEK students and mentors who completed the Phase I survey prior to March 31, 2024 and gave consent to be contacted by our team for the Phase II interview are allowed for this part of the project****​
